"Nice place, quiet neighborhood, clean neighborhood, staff is very friendly and helpful. If you have a problem they jump on it right away. I don’t like how children from the surrounding neighborhood and uses our pool, my children and I do not get to use the pool often at all, because the non resident children are so disrespectful and rude and do not follow the rules."

"one word- ROACHES. from the day we moved in. drive by shootings less than a block away. fugitives with 10 cop cars patrolling & asking questions. packages stolen from your doorstep. increasing the rent price yet doing absolutely nothing to the complex"

"Mostly quiet and clean. Great staff that is always helpful and courteous. Fun community activities like Movie nights and salad bar lunches. Option to pay rent online while also requesting maintenance services"

"Usually when something is wrong with your apartment they get it fixed quickly but two weeks ago my ceiling started cracking for no reason and even though I’ve told them multiple times about it they still have yet to fix it. As I’ve said before the cost to live here isn’t worth the value you get."

"We have lived in the Townhomes of Montague for two years. Keith who does maintenance is always a joy to deal with, respectful of my home and friendly to my dogs. He is always prompt to fix a problem and does a great job. I have never lived anywhere where issues are addressed with such concern and care. Maria the property manager has always been professional and caring and took care of several problems we had where we live. One big concern for us was how dark it was at night...not anymore! Lit like a Christmas tree now. There are several things she has done to make our homes safer and more comfortable. I am moving out of state to be near my Mom but I will truly miss this beautiful place. I can only hope the staff of my next place is as great as this one!"
