"I've been bringing my grandchildren to Dr. Shetty since they were little. We moved from Nashville to Clarksville and I still drive an hour to bring them to her. Wouldn't want them to see anyone else as I know they are in good, caring hands with her. We all adore her. The staff is always friendly and helpful. "UPDATE!!!! My 18 year old called the office and said she was very sick and they informed her she had a block on her account. When I called to find out what they were talking about. She said and I quote!!! “We received a referral to move all of your children and if you want your child to be seen here, that nasty review you wrote on Google review”. I didn’t let her finish. You won’t see a child based on a Google review? My 18 year old had nothing to do with my 12 year olds experience. That conversation was recorded on my work phone and I will be speaking to a lawyer about the way she just dismissed a sick child over a Google review. ORIGINAL REVIEW!!! When you have an 11 year old child who is diabetic and uncontrolled at that why would a pediatrician not want to call her in her medication to cover her untill she could get in to see an endocrinologist? We moved here from another state. Went in to see her to get a referral and she tells me my daughter is borderline dialysis. So because the endocrinologist can’t see her for a few months you’re not going to call in her insulin to cover her until we can get into the endo? Are you crazy? She could die without her insulin and you don’t feel right about calling in the medication. She is a joke and I told my wife the day I walked in I didn’t like her. But was going to give her a chance. I wouldn’t take my dog to this joke"
