"The physicians and staff are friendly enough. But the customer service and office organization is awful. 1. My wife had an appointment and was told that at her next physical they would go ahead and do a pap-smear too. When she came back for her physical, the very same doctor told her that they don't do that. 2. I made an appointment for a physical using the app. The day of the appointment the office called to tell me that they needed to reschedule because my appointment would take more time than I had scheduled. When I told them I had used the app and didn't know how much time to request, they said, "yeah, sorry about that.""

"Dr. Boone is an incredibly thorough doctor. He was the first and only doctor who realized that my elderly father had a broken back. This is AFTER the ER physician AND the Vanderbilt Orthopedist had dismissed it as a strained muscle. Thankfully, Dr. Boone knows his patients so well that he ordered an MRI and CT and determined what was wrong. We have switched all our family members over to Dr. Boone. It may be difficult to get an appointment with him initially but it's because he is such a great doctor and he's not sitting around with empty time slots to fill. When you visit him, he will not rush you though your appointment. He won't cut corners but neglecting to look at all angles. I am so grateful that there are still physicians like him in the Vanderbilt system."

"Wonderful, caring, kind, compassionate staff and doctors, as long as you can wait six months to get an appointment. If you can't wait six months for an appointment they offer you a book so you can find another doctor who isn't so scary booked up."

"Dr Boone seems like a nice guy and competent doctor . Staff was friendly. They were very late to call me back and then I sat there for 40 min. Total one hour and twenty minutes waiting before seeing the doctor. Very empty waiting room. I went for a physical, but he wouldn't give me one without a consultation appt first; essentially double charging me. They wouldn't book my next appt for 5 weeks away. I'm not going back. They gave me every indication they don't want or need me as a customer/patient."
