"I am only leaving this review because the NP Kimberly Sanders was rude. The nurse who took my vitals was extremely personable and nice! I stated during my vitals that I was allergic to a medication so it should have been added to my file. The NP prescribed me medication that I was allergic to for my sinus infection. So I let the pharmacy know and the NP Kimberly calls me back with an attitude stating “I have the pharmacy calling me telling me I am trying to prescribe a patient a medication they are allergic to” and then I asked the new medication that I will be on and she made a smart comment and said “unless you are allergic to that too.” I see other comments that other patients have had a bad experience with her too, so this must not be new. Other than the NP, the pharmacy and the nurse who took my vitals were extremely friendly and nice. My 1 star review is for the NP."

"I now have a severe sinus infection and upper respitory infection that a real doctor said could have easily been treated if I had received antiobiotics when symptoms worsened initially. I was in Monday morning and now am in with a real doctor wednesday and in a horrible state. Such a shame that your employees "don't like to prescribe antibiotics." No problems charging for a worthless visit though."

"The practitioner was fine, but the initial person who took my insurance information confirmed that she had the insurance I discussed with her on file. Then she, apparently, went ahead and billed to my wife's old insurance that is no longer valid. Now I have a bill to straighten out and cannot get a hold of anyone at the location to help me. When I called your number ending in 2727 twice they say they are closed and do not give any time for closing. This has been a big pain and has caused me to go elsewhere next time. The detail to attention is important to me and if they cannot listen to me about a simple insurance request, how can I trust them with my health information. You can do much better!! Sorry for the practitioner and all the other people that make up your business, but I will not put myself through this routine again."

"I used this clinic for the first time this morning and was very pleased with my treatment and service. I was treated for bronchitis and Rebecca, the nurse practitioner was very kind, gave me a thorough exam, and explained my treatment excellently. She even escorted me over to the pharmacy and helped get the process of filling my prescription started and showed me which over the counter medicine to get. The pharmacy experience was equally pleasing - very pleasant and had my medicine ready within 10 minutes. The cost for treatment was filed with my insurance and cost me nothing out of pocket. Rebecca explained that I would be billed if my deductible was not met. I left work, signed in, waited about 5 minutes, was treated, had prescription filled, and was back at work within the hour. Highly recommend and will definitely use this clinic again."

"While I have had great experience with the pharmacy and Minute Clinic in the past, today I am leaving a review because the NP was extremely rude when my husband was there waiting for 20 minutes. She came out, looked directly at him, did not say a word, flipped the sign to closed (for lunch?) and walked away. No common courtesy, not a single explanation. The NP on duty on 7/15/15 should be relieved from the stress of her position apparently."
