"I wanted to get an estimate for my elderly mother’s house she no longer lives in and I had to explain how even though I do not own the house, I am still in charge of the decisions, then the lady went further to patriarchally ask if there was a “mister”…and I decided to not work with them. I fully explained how I was the decision maker and the disrespect in initially talking to them to just get an estimate needs to be known. This is a company that does not respect women as decision makers. I talked to 3 other companies and they had no problem meeting me at the house for an estimate."

"The first and most important are the gentlemen that installed my countertops and backsplash. Rob and Kevin were the absolute best people I have ever dealt with. They were so kind, respectful, on time and were so supportive and helpful and patient to answer all my questions about my new kitchen. "Our home was purchased in 2020, and the previous owners had had the kitchen cabinets refaced by Granite Transformations. The resurfaced areas feel like cheap plastic and are now bubbling and peeling off in many areas. For the $ and quality, it seems as though replacing the cabinets altogether would have been a better choice. I cannot speak to GT’s other services - they might be great! But we can speak to the poor durability of their refaced cabinets. We’ll be replacing them soon!"

"Awesome job and outstanding work ethics. Steve Nickelson is a true professional and focuses on the smallest details and is not satisfied until its done right. They were willing to do it our way and asked us several times during the process for our opinion. They worked long hours and didn't want to take breaks so they could get the job done right. They removed a window, framed it up and framed in a new window above the shower, built a wall and a bench, moved the drain and water lines, installed Onyx Shower walls and shower pan and finished off the plumbing fixtures. "This company excelled in every way possible. From the initial proposal to the finished installation. The company had done the original installation ten years earlier, but the original owner of the house had decided not to have the granite under the window, or on the desk. When the company came out for the bid, they informed us that the color we had, was no longer in production. They checked with their other stores and found one last piece of the same exact stone, and had it shipped to their store! This stone had not been used for over eight years, we were very lucky! The quality of their work is outstanding, as is the way they treat their customers. This company is great!"
