"Horrible customer service and billing department. Without any warnings or phone calls to negotiate the bill allergy department turns your account immediately to collection and denies their service until you pay the full amount. On top of that, they don't even return your phone calls after you leave them multiple messages. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, and I will quit them myself."

"I trusted my physician as well as my daughter’s pediatrician when they referred us to this group for each of our separate issues. At not one, but BOTH of our arrivals to our appointments at Midsouth ENT (Wolf River location), I was told we “weren’t on the schedule” with no other explanation. Considering this happened first with my personal appointment (of which I had a printed document with appointment details), I made sure to call 2 hours before my daughter’s appointment to REconfirm the details of hers before we made the trip. They confirmed. Once we arrived and were told we weren’t on the schedule, I called the number back where I had already reconfirmed the appointment 2 hours before, and the same woman answered. I asked her to confirm one more time. She did. I then explained we were at the correct location, on the correct date, and at the correct time. She then said, “oh, I see it’s been rescheduled”. I have gotten no explanation as to why it was “rescheduled” or to when it was rescheduled. I did have a decent enough experience for 1 appointment at the Bartlett location, although I am still waiting for them to call with CT scan results from a couple of weeks ago. I will also mention that they do not use any form of email or text confirmations or reminders of appointments."

"I saw Dr. Klug at the Bartlett office for evaluation of chronic nasal polyps and eventually had surgery three months ago. I could not have asked for better care. My office visits have generally been timely and the surgical care team at Methodist Germantown was superb. Dr. Klug takes time to really listen to all of my questions and answer them in a thorough way. I give him and his staff a very high recommendation."

"They only care about money. The nurse practitioner completely ignored my complaints and looked at my throat quickly and said I had an infection when I didn’t. I visited another ent where they actually looked at my throat with a camera and ruled severe acid reflux. They don’t even run test they just assume. Will never go back. I don’t recommend anyone. Dr. T was nice the first time I saw him but his nurse practitioner is horrible."
