"It’s only for women and simple men/ boy haircuts. NO - long hair men hair cut!!!!!!! I took two of my sons there one normal short hair haircut was great for my other one he wanted to keep his long hair but she cut the hair too much. I said keep the long hair but make it nicer locking more like a boy. Now my boy is so disappointed because it would take him at least two years to grow to the same length. He ask me to go somewhere to do hair extensions. He was too afraid to say something and I was outside with the dogs and couldn’t stop the cutting. Now couple weeks later we tried to let it simply grow but no he looks like a girl and get treated like a girl with this haircut. We can’t find a good trusted affordable hairdresser in the SF Bay Area to let the hair thinning our and do a good hair extension that it looks like a men hair cut."

"I used to get my haircuts here often and they always did a good job. It was until Queena cut my her (first time). She didn't do what I wanted and cut my hair super short, and when I thought it couldn't get worse, I noticed her doing something on the back of my hair. She was using the thinning scissor, I told her to please not use it and she started complaining of how thick my hair was. Now, when I try to stylish, it looks terrible and frizzy. I am so upset. Never coming back."

"Take it from a Asian American girl with long, course, and thick hair. I have been going to them for 2 years. I travel a lot for work and I will purposely hold out months at a time just to get a descent hair cut. Mary and Queena do a great job of truly keeping my cuts as promised and my blow outs are always on point. It's rare to find a hairstylist who knows how to take care of thick and unruly hair. Thank you."
