"I saw Dr. Robert Miller for my hip and knee injuries I had acquired from my hyper mobility syndrome and a car wreck. He never tried to get me medication for inflammation because the X-ray was normal. I responded by saying that I don't get bone spurs but I know my body and understand how each internal structure feels when in pain and that I doubt an x-ray is going to show inflammation or injury of the connective tissue. He said I would have to get physical therapy to get approved for an MRI, then left the room with the door slightly open. I heard him call his colleague and say, "you would not believe the Junkie in my exam room right now". I heard his nurse realize that my exam room door was open and say a cuss word to herself then yell through the door to me that I can leave. I reported it and asked for someone else only to have Dr. Martinez who screamed at me that I didn't know what was wrong with me and I didn't know what part of my hip it was. He yelled at me to tell him which part hurt: front, side, or back, and when I said all three, he just yelled at me for lying. I never got treatment for my hips and knees because of how horrible these doctors are. Leave it to them to gaslight and mistreat young people who were severely abused when their joints were still forming. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of how kind the nurses and management are. The nurses fought for me to get a corticosteroid pack when I had to come in again for my hips and the management tried to get me to a better, less prejudice doctor."

"Went to walk-in clinic. It was not a great experience this time. Be sure you call and see what the time the lunch break is because I came when it started and it was 1.5 hour break. At least they let me leave and come back! The physicians I have used in the past are 5 star! A nurse practitioner saw me instead of a physician. He did not treat me like the physicians or residents that I have seen in the past have. Also, the room was dirty when they walked me to a room and they had to clean it up fast because they didn't realize the room was still dirty. This would have been a 3 star but my last experiences have been a 5 so I split the difference. Much different care than I am used to having with Campbell Clinic!"

"I’m not a normal reviewer. Only when I have something I think is of value. Firstly, Campbell does a lot of things right. Much better than most experiences I’ve had at providers. They really need to work on wait times. We spent over an hour waiting in a room after x-rays. Imagine how many more patients could be seen and more billable transactions could occur if they employed a process improvement expert to eliminate the “waste” of waiting. I bet they could see 20% more patients in the same time. If management reviews these reviews, please check into a process improvement professional. They’ll save you so much money and make patients happier."

"I hurt my foot in a fall a couple days ago, I was a walk in first thing this morning to make sure I didn't break it. I got to the clinic at 7:45am ( clinic officially opens at 8am)and was out before 10am. For a walk in I felt that was really fast. Everyone was kind, efficient, and seemed like they cared about my concern and helping me."
