"The worst! The employees are rude! Especially the tall guy with dark hair. I believe he’s a manager or something. I often scout for pieces in the city - Haight Street. I’ve been in this store and everytime, it’s the same horrific experience with staffs attitude. They barely know the items they are selling and have an attitude like they created the garments. I just walk to Wasteland for better quality creative staffs."
"My favorite thrift store we visited in this area. It was clean, spacious, and stocked as we were shopping. They have regularly priced items as well as high end items on the walls/in locked cabinets. The carry men’s & women’s wear along with accessories. They also do consignment but we hadn’t tried it out. We got a sweatshirt, tshirt, cardigan, and adidas hoodie for a steal!"
"They got many pretty stuffs and price was reasonable. But one of the female worker gave me very uncomfortable experience. She keep put clothes in the hanger while i was looking clothes without telling me anything. I cant even looking for clothes. It was 3 times row. If she tell me like “excuse me or sorry” i would 100% understand cuz she is worker. But the way she showed me felt very rude for me. One of the bad experience while traveling in SF"
"Came here a few days to unload a portion of my wardrobe. I like the store and its layout. It can feel cluttered, but it's because there's a lot to go through, which makes it a part of the treasure hunt. The hang the very best of the best on the walls. It took a good hour to go through 20 of my items, and 19 were accepted for several hundred dollars. I had a mix of designers and contemporary that again no longer served my fit or style. The manager Soren did my buy and he showed me an itemized list of everything which you don't get at other places, just the total. The hour gave me a chance to walk around Haight and shop the store, which I found a Billy Reid Made in Italy plaid wool grey blazer for $5! I will definitely return and make it a staple to visit when I'm in the neighborhood as well as sell. The customer service is great, and the staff is stylish and kind. It's worth a visit and the hunt for cool fashion pieces."
