"Gracepointe truly cares about their patients! I had a tad misunderstanding with an employee but was very impressed to receive a prompt call back from the CEO herself to clear things up. Gracepointe was very quick about sending documentation off for a script for me to get my daughter treated the very next day out of state! I was very thankful for the considerate checkin from the CEO to clear up any confusion I had!"

"I'd leave less stars if possible. Theresa, the nurse practitioner, did a bang up job... They are unorganized and have messed things up regularly for my health care... just for their sake of getting me in the office to pay more This place is always looking for up-charging (way above standard pricing), getting you in the office over and over again to charge whatever they want... their "added services" is where they make their money... it's like alcohol at a restaurant... just more and more. When asking the doctor on the phone about getting things remedied, he simply said "yeah, that's not going to happen". From reception to "service", this place is not even close to what it was before (from what I've heard)"

"We moved from another state and took our three year old daughter here to establish care, everyone was so kind and thoughtful. Doctor Rankhorn was so great with our daughter and did everything in her power to make her feel comfortable and unafraid. She even followed up to check on our referral status and how my daughter was doing with her medication. I would definitely recommend this clinic. It's hard to find doctors who actually care about their patients so I am so thankful to have found Gracepoint."

"I have to say that I've been going to see Rob and staff at GracePointe Healthcare for over two years. This place has been a complete God send to my wife and I and I can't stress that enough. We are always able to get in to see someone in a timely manner and they always spend the whole 30 min appointment with you. They are sure to answer all your questions. They have no problem prescribing medications as needed but also realize that a true solution to many issues is a lifestyle change. This has always been our philosophy when it comes to our health. I'm so thankful and would recommend anyone to go see them."
