"From reception to nurse to provider - everyone is caring and attentive. My daughter has very complex medical needs and we feel very confident with Dr. Gregory. She is on top of things and obviously provides a high level of care. Also, I don't have the same issue with calling that others have mentioned."
"Impossible to get any one to answer the phone. Just moved to Nashville and was looking for a new PCP. Called multiple times and no one picks up. I tried Heritage's main line too which they just transfer you to the clinic's phone number. Not a good sign if I really needed to get in. I will be going elsewhere for PCP services."
"These people NEVER, I mean NEVER answer the phone. Here's the message from their email: "Call your physician's office during standard business hours to modify your appointment. Failure to notify the office could result in a minimum charge of $75.00 to your account. If you arrive late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment." How in the world am I supposed to do that if they literally NEVER answer the phone. My provider was alright but office staff is bogus."
"I saw Dr. Seymour for my annual exam as a first time patient. The exam including a few health questions lasted less than 2 mins. While Dr. Seymour was washing her hands after my quick exam I asked about lab work. Dr. Seymour said for my age these are the items to screen for and I could do lab work if I choose. At that point I knew I needed to find another primary care doctor."

She took her time getting to know me and my concerns, while helping me form a game plan to deal with some of the more annoying issues of aging. The surroundings and staff of the clinic were clean, warm, friendly, and upbeat. My first impression is extremely favorable."
