"I feel extremely compelled to leave this review in hopes I can maybe help someone avoid what I dealt with at the actual office (11/3) up until today, (11/11). I really give everyone the benefit of the doubt in all areas of life… not so much when it comes to my health. I made an appt to be seen because I felt like I had bronchitis that was turning into pneumonia. I was miserable. Everything was great until the doctor, Charla Wilson, came into the room. I hope she reads these reviews because they are so important. Her bedside manners are horrible. She is rude, she cuts you off mid sentence, and I swear I have never felt more of an inconvenience in someone’s life than I did in her presence. I wanted to just walk out because it was that awful of an encounter. I stayed in hopes it was my chance to get relief and stop coughing. WRONG. She talked the entire time she was “listening” to my lungs. I left there that day being told i was fine and to take the coughing pearls she was prescribing to me. Oh, okay, thanks! I took the medicine and the next day I literally was so much worse that I made an emergency appt with my PCP at a different location. Thank goodness because she saved me from whatever that woman prescribed me to take for something I didn’t need the medicines for. Needless to say, I’m on the recovering end now of my bronchitis and luckily I was able to be seen by my PCP in enough time to keep me from getting pneumonia. I’ve been to this location before and it was nothing like this nightmare I recently experienced. I understand that these doctor’s offices are in overload… but when I see the same review posted on here multiple times about patients having the same encounters with the same rude Doctor…it speaks for itself. I like this office. Please do better!"

"Will never go here again. Even if I was on fire and they had the only fire extinguisher in town. Front desk lady, nice enough. My nurse, should have gotten her name, was as sweet as could be, very compassionate and friendly. Then it came time for the nurse practitioner.....from hell. Incredibly rude old white lady who immediately came in the room with an attitude. Proceeded to argue with me, tell me that I should just go to the ER if I didn't want to listen to her, did not listen to a word I said,no compassion, crammed the ear scope in my ear so far she actually worsened the infection I came in for. Refused to write keep an antibiotic without putting me through an incredibly painful process first, which was unnecessary. So, I took her advice, I left. I'll be going to a REAL doctor in the morning who light actually attempt to help me, or care."

"These people are so nice! Ms. Louelle, Ms. Marcey, Dr. Cary they are so sweet!!! They were so nice to me and understanding. They are professional. Dr. Cary made eye contact with me. He asked me what I needed. He explained what he thought I needed. I felt like these are trustworthy people. I will be back here. The environment is clean. They look excellent in their uniforms. This is a great place. As a certified clinical assistant, I can say this is a great place. It seems like not only a good place to be a patient; but a good place to be an employee as well. Keep up the good work serving the community! I love it here. Thank you!!!!!"

"I went in this morning because my lymph nodes were swollen and man did the women of this office make me feel so much better. They were attentive, quick, and so extremely kind. I saw both a Nurses Assistant and the Nurse Practitioner within seconds of each other and they had my prescription called in and ready before I even left the building. I'm very impressed with how this office is ran and for 8 in the morning, these women sure were happy to be at work helping people!"
