"Very modern. Enjoyed the location. We took walks in our downtime to admire the main street .The gyms on the 2 levels are nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and prepared for our needs. The bathrooms were very nice. Enjoyed the fireplace during our stay. The internet signal was strong for our gadgets. Had no issues with connecting to Netflix. The price was good for our 3 night stay. The check in service was professional and welcoming. We normally stay closer to DW but this was a great change and we fell in love with downtown Sevierville. We would love to stay again."
"We got 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, bathrooms are nice, 2 queen rooms are nice and beds are comfy, the twin bedroom is very small eith trundle beds but are good for kids. The main living area is beautiful big and open. Vaulted ceilings. Clean rooms. Friendly staff"
"Wow, absolutely beautiful! Love the rooms, the kitchen, bedrooms, living room are amazing. The extra resort fee wasnt expected (priceline failed to tell me there would be extra fees so just fyi). Location is great, easy to find. Lots of traffic noise can be heard like most hotels. Excited to try the rooftop bar tomorrow. Customer service at front desk was wonderful!"
"The room was spacious and very comfortable. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms along with a kitchen and living room were plenty of space for our family of 4. There were storms during our visit and the door to the balcony leaked into the living room. It was minor but something to make note of. The check in and out was not 24 hours, which was unbeknownst to us and at least one other family I ran into during our stay. They make accommodations if you notify them you intend to check in after I believe 7pm but check in during the morning wasn't until 9am - unsure what if any accommodations are made for that. Be prepared to take out the trash and also run the dishwasher before leaving - not a big deal at all but something to be aware of. My only complaint of the living room is that the space was clearly for 4+ people and there was a small couch fitting two people - not much sitting space in the sitting area. There was not a pool at this hotel. Parking is limited behind the building but there was some across the street. Turning out of the hotel onto the main road was also a bit of a wait. I would say if we visited Dollywood again we'd choose someplace closer and more convenient but it was a nice hotel especially for the price point. If you are looking for a place with great views of the Smokies then this is not the place - views were mainly of the shops/stores in the area."
"We had a two bedroom suite (only used one). The space was beautiful, very clean and modern. The kitchen was well appointed. The rooms are accessed from the back of the building; probably my only comment is that if you want to visit the front desk, or go to the restaurant, you need to go outside and walk around to the front. Also, it would be nice if the front desk alerted you to the fact that you probably need a reservation for the restaurant, as it is very popular. We got the last table (bar top). The coffee shop right around the corner was a nice surprise, and was very good. If you want to go to the rooftop bar, it's only open Friday and Saturday (it rained). It was nice to be away from the craziness of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but close enough to visit. If you get a chance, the Bush's Visitor Center and Apple Barn shops are well worth the visit!"
