We are new to the area and were pleasantly surprised to see all that furniture innovation has to offer. If it’s not in store, they can order it for you. Everyone was professional and kind. The same day delivery team were great! Thank you to furniture innovation. Can’t wait to have company to show off the new table :). We will be visiting again for any home upgrades. Would highly recommend."

"If I could give Furniture Innovation a star from 1 to 5, unfortunately I would give the 0 stars! That's absolutely correct! I would give it 0 stars! I truly understand when people get upset. I am "sooooooo" furious; I have to count to 250 to lower my blood pressure. I am done trying to support businesses that DO NOT provide CUSTOMER SERVICE and act totally unprofessional. The owner of FURNITURE INNOVATION, Edward Ellston, had the mitigating gaul to say he had gone over and beyond in getting me a sofa in the time frame I requested. In our prior conversations, before I went to his store, I told him I needed a sleeper sofa by Friday, May 5, 2023. Keep in mind, I contacted him on Monday, May 1, 2023 and subsequently talked to him till Thursday, May 4, 2023. Each time he assured me that was NOT a PROBLEM. However, once I went to the store the whole conversation CHANGED! I was told it typically takes two to six weeks to get a sofa. I was NOT PRIVY to that information. I would have gone to another furniture store and purchased the sofa. He told me he would try to get the sleeper sofa on the truck and I assured him that if that did not happen it would not be a problem. PEOPLE, when there's a RED FLAG; when people change the whole conversation, that's a SIGN!!!! I SHOULD HAVE NEVER went any further with this transaction. Toward is Monday, May 15, 2023, and the sleeper sofa that I purchased on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, is in my kitchen. That's right, it is in my kitchen. I have not spoken with Edward Ellsworth, since Tuesday, May 9, 2023. Please LEARN from MY ERROR!!! This has been A COSTLY ERROR and HEADACHE that I did NOT have to endure if I had JUST LOOKED at the WARNING SIGNS!!!"

"The owners are always present the staff knows their brands. Never pushy. If you need financial assistance they will assist you and tell you how to increase your credit line. They deliver and install quickly and quietly. They donate to the less fortunate and I love the furniture I purchased. Check them out you will not be disappointed. As have a return policy because they seek to satisfy their customers."
