I reached out to Got Ya Covered on a Saturday, expecting to leave a message, but was pleasantly surprised when Randall answered the phone. He reassured me that we would be able to make the cushions right. When I brought the cushions in, Randall took the time to figure out how get the cushions to match and worked with me to make sure I was happy with the outcome. He finished the work in just a few hours and texted me when they were finished. Very satisfied with his work and he was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Randall!"
