"I called 2 days ago to try and get a primary care doctor. Cause mine passed away. The girl who answered said they would have to call me back well it's been 2 days no call back! If that's how you all treat people I don't want to be a patient of your all's! I'll didn't a doctor there are plenty of doctors in knoxville."
"I was made to feel like I was wasting her time. Would not listen to me. When I was walking out I seen why she was in a rush to get me out I'm assuming it was her husband and 2 small children she was taking into the building. Not happy at all With the visit. I'm felling worse today than the day I saw her. I will not see her again."
"Sheer incompetence or carelessness is the only way I can even begin to describe this “facility”. First of all, the obvious parking area isn’t the one that will used for the diagnostic center. The diagnostic center is down a steep and uneven parking lot, with a bare minimum of handicap parking, mind you there’s plenty of parking for the physicians along said walk. Then upon entering the diagnostic center, there is not 1 but 2 loose floor mats in the entrance. My grandmother uses a walker which got caught in said mats, and almost fell, luckily I was right behind her and was able to catch her, and none of the staff even bothered to look up to see what was happening. Then upon making it to the the receptionists window, the lady inside proceeded to mumble her questions and then took an irritated tone with my grandmother when she had misunderstood what she said. I would not recommend this place, it seems like an injury waiting to happen."
"DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!! I’m went here because I was having chest pain that was obviously muscular. It had been going on for almost 3 weeks. I have a regular summit doctor but I could not get in with her so I made an appointment here. As soon as I walked in the door they immediately acted like they thought I had covid however I had NO symptoms. They insisted I do a covid test. They then asked if I had any questions, I told her yes, what should I do for the pain I was there for? She told me to see my primary care doctor. I was here so that I did not have to do this. I made an appointment with my doctor the next day, I did not have covid, I had a pulled muscle. I then got my bill. I have a high deductible insurance plan so I was charged $140 for the visit that I received NO care. If they would go back and bill it as a covid test it would be covered 100% but they refuse. I am also being charged separately for my primary care appointment. I called patient relations and the lady was extremely rude. She called back to say they were refusing to re bill my first appointment so I’m stuck with over $300 in medical bills because they refused to treat me the first time. I tried to call the office and speak with the office manager but they will not return my call. This is terrible patient care"
