"Booked room online for 7 days at 7:30 pm get to the hotel and there is a sign for incidentals fees on the desk that's only for people who live in Tennessee for $200 dollars that is not on the site when booking a room. just spent money on the room now your asking for more money. This is very un professional everyone is not a bad apple this place really needs to do better. Called to cancel room sorry I cannot cancel the room because you arrived after 6pm I booked it after 6 pm this not business at all. Just and inconvenience. If I give you the 200 bucks how long do it take to come back? That's not how you treat guess that are spending good money with you"

"We are still currently here, and will be here for a couple months for my job and we absolutely love it!! The rooms are cleaned weekly unless asked and they jump to clean it! Mrs Connie on evening shift is awesome and the sweetest!! Mrs Pam the manager is by far amazing!! She’s always making sure her tenants are comfortable and happy!! Will always come back here and stay when we are in town!!❤️"

"This was one of the most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. I manage short term rental properties, so I know how to clean, sanitize and prepare a unit for guests. This unit was so disgusting I wanted to leave. Unfortunately it was late and my son was exhausted, so we stayed. There was dirt and hair in the bathroom near the tub, black mold on the bathroom ceiling and walls, and on the windows in the main area. The refrigerator was broken so we couldn't store our food and there was a layer of thick dust on the refrigerator. Just awful. Avoid this place. Ive stayed in much better maintained places for the same price."

"This place has actually been pretty decent as an extended stay hotel. Our room was modern, & clean. It was small, but it was extremely comfortable. There were a couple of other Extended Stay America hotels right on the other side of the block which is weird, but one got bought out by another company. The main big one there felt sketchy, we didn't like the vibe there. This one seems hidden, but it feels safer and its a bit more quiet which we really like about the place. A couple of ladies that work the desk an elder lady name Connie and a younger lady, in which I didn't remember her name, started with a K took the best care of us. One of the guys that work at night seems a bit lazy or doesn't seem to care much about his job. We been there for 4 months. Their prices fluctuate depending on the time of season. They tell you that their prices would drop after you stay a certain amount of time, but it's not a guarantee. They charged more than $500 a week which is pricey, their cheapest rate has gone to $460 at its lowest. Compared to staying at the Drake Inn, it was definitely way better. We didn't see much cockroaches or dealt with any bed bugs which is great. Their breakfast doesn't consist of regular meals other than snack bars and coffee, nothing fancy. Overall the experience was pleasant."
