Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville Antioch

"This hotel is a very nice hotel. My wife and the kids all came to Nashville to visit and wanted to be somewhat close to downtown Nashville. Once we arrived to check in that night the first thing we noticed was security patrolling non-stop on the property. The security had been walking the premises as well. Me and my family immediately felt very safe and knew we picked the right hotel. It gave us an extra sense of security. Especially nowadays with all the crazy things happening. A lot of hotels need security because we had a bad experience a year ago at another hotel. Even spoke to the security officer and he assured us that we would never have to worry about anything and that they non stop monitor and patrol. That was awesome to know! The front desk clerk was amazing as well and helpful. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was ok I have had better but overall ok I guess."

"We really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was awesome! They were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The lobby is very nice too. Our room was comfortable and my daughter enjoyed the pool. We would definitely come stay again!"

"Our experience was way different than the others I read. We had a fantastic stay. Room was huge. Bed was very comfortable. (I will say my wife was disappointed about no hair dryer) “J” - the young lady at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again."

"This place has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I booked a block of rooms in January and upon reserving my room the staff member incorrectly entered my contact information so I didn't know until I tried to check in that they "lost" my reservation. The worthless manager refused to give me a room with the contracted price and charged me full price for the same room that the rest of the family received at the group discounted price. Since then they have stopped answering my calls and just keep saying the can't issue a refund for the agreed upon price. Check in for all guests took forever and provided little to no customer service. It's sad because the hotel it's self was nice and clean. Breakfast was also really good. The front desk staff ruined what should have been the best weekend."
