"We arrived before check-in time. We did ask if there was a room available. They stated that they had a room they could put us in for an extra 25$. Ok we go to our room. It’s a box with a tiny window facing a wall. No room for our suitcases. There is a room service button. You can leave a message like asked on the message but they won’t call you back. I did call back and ask if there was room service and they said not at this time. Why couldn’t they tell you this at check in? There are so many great hotels in Nashville, don’t waste your money here."

"Fantastic Hotel & experience. The only feedback is that they need to lower the shower rod or get longer shower curtains. Water goes all over the place in the rooms with 2 queen beds. Poor shower rod design and must be a pain in the neck for their housekeeping team."

"My husband and I had high hopes for this hotel after seeing other reviews and its 4-star rating, but it has disappointed us in so many ways. The hallways and the room are dark and dirty, the carpet filthy. Our vent in our room was full of pet hair and dust, the fridge and coffee maker were broken, our window looked out to more of an atrium giving it jail cell vibes, the tile grout in the bathroom used to be white but is now grayish black with grime. Even our bedsheets were put on inside out (although appeared to be clean). We stayed 3 nights, and no one ever cleaned our room. We called the front desk for more towels and never received those. Little attention to detail made this whole stay feel grimey. Choose a Hyatt or a Marriott over this Hilton. Yikes. The only positive of this place is its location."

"The location is great and service is good, however the rooms are not what you’d expect and there are no water stations or ice makers on the guest floors. We were upgraded to a “special king suite” which was at best a queen, but likely a full sized bed. The usual amenities that you’d expect of a hotel that’s supposedly rated 4stars are certainly not there. It basically feels like a nicer Hilton Garden Inn with a nice bar. Photo of the bed represents the “king” suite. Overall nice location, but there are better options"

"We just stayed the weekend at Bankers Alley. I have stayed at most of the decent hotels in Nashville over the years (I usually prefer Lowe’s Vanderbilt) and this was definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Nashville! The staff was amazing, especially Tim at the front desk (he was really everywhere, doing everything he could to make sure guest had a great experience. I could write an entire review just on how great he was!)! It was a 21c property that Hilton recently took over, so they are still working out some kinks but they went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. There is construction on the street behind the building but it didn’t disturb us at all. The rooms are nice and it is convenient to everything around Broadway. This will definitely be my go to place when in come back to Nashville!"
