"Room was definitely wore out, dirty, and stained up. Time for some new blankets and a new flooring contractor. Soft spot in the floor the sinks a lot if you step on it. Very noisy location and the dumpster gets emptied at 330am. Skip the "breakfast" unless you like stale great value cinnamon rolls and juice from a machine that hasn't been cleaned in so long it leaves black floating flakes in the oj, at least the study stream of customers for the hookers, drug dealers, and the drama at the waffle house is entertaining"

"We had four different rooms during our stay and each room ooôkm lwas so gross and dirty that we had to wear shoes to walk across the floor, and we when went to turn a corner lamp on we saw clumps of hair and filth. I expect a clean room when I pay over 100 to stay at a hotel."

"Warning- their pictures are very deceiving. This location is by far the worst I have stayed at yet. We did not feel safe and there seemed to be a lot of drugs and drinking here. We booked online and payed almost 130 dollars to stay here for one night. When we got there around 11 pm, there were a bunch of sketchy people outside running around. We checked in and got to the room, which looked nothing like any of the pictures. Throughout the night people were shouting and running around by the door. At 2 am my one friend woke up to pounding on our door several times. She then heard the person say something and eventually stop knocking. The bed was very uncomfortable on top of us not feeling safe, so you can imagine how we slept. I have stayed in several hotels/motels and I have never felt so uneasy and unsafe. And to top it off, this morning we were greeted with an insect. I took pictures in the morning of what to really expect when staying here (I took these pictures after our stay). In the online pictures, the rooms are nice, welcoming and bright. In real life, not so much. Yes, there are several other places that are worse, but this should have been under 100$ minimum. This is not a good place to stay, I suggest spending more on somewhere that you can feel safe."

"House keeping does a damn good job at cleaning! Motels around that area and in Goodlettsville are gross but these people take pride! Be sure to tell the guy, Flow, that he is doing a good job! When I opened the door, being terrified of what I might see, I was more than surprised. The scent was clean and a bit fruity, but not too much. The floor, sink, bathroom was so beautifully clean that I thought I saw those bright light reflective stars you see on tv when something is polished clean. The bedding was dated and wasn't in the best condition but it was clean, soft, smelled really nice! I had to stay there due to another hotel over charging me so my funds were low. I was so relieved and even hated to leave, in way. I hope that the owner keeps house cleaning to the same employees. Hope they're paid well because I haven't seen that cleanliness even at some 4☆ hotels"

"The location had low traffic, and kind service. The only thing that I feel could be improved on, is that the bedding had burn holes in it, and it smelled like cigarettes. But overall the room was clean and not really any other mishaps. Thank you for being budget friendly with kind service!"
