"Absolutely one of if not the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was immediately greeted by a young lady named Esmeralda. She had a beautiful countenance and was eager to be helpful. I had a pretty long list of specific things I needed for my hottub and had no idea where to start looking. She took me quickly to the area and began gathering everything I needed. She then immediately got my information to look up my hottub to retrieve the appropriate filter. Then she took me to the checkout and I finished in no time at all.What a perfect experience. I’ll be hiring soon so they better hold tight to that one. I rate her a 17 out of 10! She only enhanced the great addition to the Midsouth that Family Leisure has become. Great job!"
"I spent 30k few years ago. They were very helpful then. I moved pool table to another room last week. I wasn’t there and room wasn’t big enough. We had a plan B room if it wasn’t big enough. But instead they put in a room you can’t even use table. It took 45 mins they were rude and bully’s from time they walked in with my wife. I call back and informed ask for a solution at least a discount to move to a proper room. And of course they said full price they are movers it is what it is. And we can’t even give a discount to fix. I have used for years. And treated like bum in the end. Never use this place over priced in first place."
"Please do not do business with this company. I have a 2 year warranty on a very expensive massage chair. Came in to ask about repair options and was told that I had to pay a $100 trip fee for them to fix it. This information was not shared with me at purchase. Very misleading. No additional information or explanation was provided. Would give them 0 stars if I could. I will never purchase anything else from them. Best regards!"
"To start off, this is not a place for inexpensive patio items. But, their prices are reasonable for the quality of what they are selling. We were greeted quickly after entering, and had all our hot tub/spa questions answered in great detail. Sale prices were very good, and we will likely go back to purchase. Huge showroom shows off what they sell. It was very nice to see things in person, and not in catalogs!"
