"Been here for 7 months waiting for repairs to be completed on my homee e friends e that had a tremendous amt of damage after a tree fell on the entire right side of the house. My little dog and I have felt very welcome at ESA. My needs are met. The location is very convenient and I have to mention how awesome most of the staff has been, especially, Teresa and Randy."

"My car was stolen of the parking lot. They don't have cameras or security. The building is falling apart. Ceiling tiles missing. Trash cans sitting in the hallway to catch whatever. No compassion about my car being stolen off their lot. General manager asked me what I did to get my car stolen. Room nasty. The one good thing we're the ladies at the front desk. Stay away. I called corporate to make a complaint no one has called yet. Pay the extra and go somewhere else."

"Well I wish I read these reviews before I transfered my reservation from the airport location. To start, their prices were double the rate of the airport location, but over all I think this place was worse. - room 1...hair in one dresser drawer, a wig in another. Cracks in the countertops, blood abd boddy fluid stains( zoom in on the pics if u cant see it) on the matresscover...the one UNDER the sheets. The one that is zippered on and contains the entire matress so u know house keeping is NOT taking them off to wash between guests. - room 2...much of the same, clean drawers, but again with stains on the matress cover under the sheets -room 3 ....clean, no stains so i said ok( it was late sat eve and i was tired from driving all day and hungry)...then I started to notice the broken stuff, tv, toilet seat, closet shelf, room phone, kitchen cabinet door....I just needed to sleep at this point. I checked out and was given a full refund...that was nice, but when I mention that maintenance and housekeeping needs to step up their game, an employee standing by the office cracked up laughing at me...I do hope the rest of Memphis gets better."

"This place is an actual joke. Every room I was in had stains or damaged to the property. They put me in between two room that were blaring music all night and they attempted nothing to stop it. They don't have a single camera in the buoding besides at the front desk so there is no safety throughout the place. Cops were there multiple times and kicked in the door of one of the guests. The washers and dryers smell like garbage and don't work well. Not a single person of the staff actually care about the customers. They just mindlessly walk around and collect a paycheck. This place needs to be demolished and re built. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE."
