"The bathroom was kind of dirty but I had my cleaning stuff with me! Also the microwave and fridge doesn't work in some of the rooms!! They don't open the ice machine or laundry until late spring"

"Had a great overnight stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous."

"People should be able to refuse housekeeping if they are an extended guest at this motel. We pay to stay there and sleep as long as we like before we check out at 11 and or pay for more days. People do have kids and would not like to be woken up so early with a loud banging on the doors or someone entering their door. Maybe come at a later time or after 11 to do room service. The staff are very rude as well and some bad Liars"

"Room fridge was dirty as you see in pictures the sink cabinets was broken and dirt on floor. Ice machine both of them are broken. I paid 70 dollars for one night for all these problems not to mention the area is getto. Both gas stations are charging hood prices maybe because of drug dealers but that's not the hotels fault. Would not stay here ever again. Even McDonald's soda machine was broken straight hood around here."

"Had one of the worst experiences ever at this hotel! After being a repeat customer, on the 3rd visit the guests in the room next door started arguing about 6PM. For the next few hours it was progressively loud and spilled outside. There were 2 very small children crying in the midst of the drama. The young woman screamed and it was apparent someone was tossed into the door, turning the argument physical around 10PM. The guest on the opposite side of the ruckus and I came outside several times out of concern and at midnight when there was loud bumps against the wall and crying, the concerned neighbor said she was calling the office for assistance. They said they would call the guest and ask for them to keep the noise down, BUT OFFERED NO OTHER ASSISTANCE NOR WAS THERE ANY FOLLOW UP FROM THEM. The fighting continued until well after 4AM. We requested a late check out, which they would not accommodate, nor would they extend any other courtesy knowing they did nothing substantial to control the environment, make our stay pleasant, (most importantly) or protect the safety of their guests. Worse yet, is when asked why my concerns weren't addressed, they were curt and rudely hung up the phone with no offer to resolve. I will never patronize their establishment again."
