Comfort Inn & Suites Airport-American Way

"I’m a Greyhound driver who stays quite frequently here. As you can imagine I’m in A LOT of different hotels around the mid south to the whole of the southeast region. & I never complained about anything while stay here. I was involved in a snow emergency there a couple of weeks ago & the staff was so accommodating from front desk letting me use a charger to the shuttle driver getting me where I needed to go. Great Job guys! It saddens me to know I will be staying my last day there (hotel/memphis) for I will be taking a different route out of Atlanta to Raleigh North Carolina."

"I stayed here throughout the Thanksgiving weekend. The A/C did not work properly, as it only blew cold air even when set on the warmest temperature. I reported the issue to the front desk and they were kind and quick enough to switch me to another room with a properly working A/C. My biggest upset from my stay was the junkies who came in (and were not staying at the hotel) and literally raided the breakfast and left it an unsanitary mess. They did this for the three mornings I was there, and no hotel staff seemed to care. Apparently, the junkies stay at the extended stay hotel just down the street and walk over to the Comfort Inn to get "free" breakfast (at least this is what one hotel staff claimed). This is not safe for or fair to paying visitors of the Comfort Inn."

"What a nice surprise!! Listen folks when we arrived at 3am it looked very sketchy but it's just the lighting. The gentleman that checked us in was very polite and accommodating. Hotel could use updating but the cleanliness made up for it. Our room was spotless - not spotless that makes you go "hmmm?" though. The housekeeping staff was so awesome- super friendly and polite. it was a very good first impression of the hospitality in Memphis!!Thank ya'll so much!"

"The front desk receptionist was nice. The driver was cool. . It smell like mold on the second floor. No iron in room. The room haven't been vacuumed. It's blood on the curtains and the sheets are wrinkled. Bed is hard. It feels like I'm sleeping on the floor. My concern is the mold smelled"
