"Stood outside from 10:45 to 11:05 with the doors locked. When the attendant finally came out from the back, he told us all (there were 3-5 waiting) to go on. When we said we had been waiting 20 minutes through the doors, he acted like that was impossible. He was obviously hiding in the back to avoid customers. Don't want my money, you'll never see it."
