"Tom Hale was very unresponsive in dealing with our housing situation. While waiting for 2 months, my friends and I were strung along waiting for information on a house that we were told was almost certain. He told us that we should have "figured it wasn't going to work" after he ghosted us. He told us this 2 months after we thought we had a place to live. The way he dealt with the situation exemplified extreme unprofessionalism and lack of care for the clients that he deals with."
