"Negative stars, I have tried to continue business with them for the past several years, I go to them very rarely because every time I go the employees seem as if someone walking in the door is an inconvenience. I am rarely ever greeted and when I check out there’s poor customer service. I walked in again for the last Time tonight was not greeted and was planning on purchasing, and straight up walked out and it seemed like they cared less. I do not recommend this establishment unless you enjoy poor customer service"

"Very honest people! I recommend them. I wanted to dry clean my wedding dress but they told me that wasn’t going to get it clean that I should not waste my money on it. Maybe take it somewhere where they could do it properly"

"It has always been my favorite liquor store in the city of Memphis but today has changed this forever. I will miss the convenience of a neighborhood store but too many errors. At checkout we inadvertently used the wrong card and it created a serious problem for us. We asked if we could refund and pay cash when they ring up again. Both men said they couldn't and didn't know how.This was crazy but we kept purchase and left But it seems strange they couldn't preform a simple function on the cash register. We had a compounded problem when we thought one item was left out. When I called they said it was in the bag. Truth be told on the third search.and extra effort it was indeed in the trunk on a place out of sight. Clearly that one was on us. However, I still believe I need to go somewhere to shop, after all is said and done someone should have been able to functions on the cash register or at least admit didn't want to. I realize my business will not be missed. But if you are searching for a liquor store you might keep looking...I know I am."
