"The worst cashier in the world. She dismissed me and said " Bye have a nice night can't help you... " she didn't want to sell me gas because I had a $100 bill. I said are you kidding me you can't dismiss people learn to have better customer service skills and be more mature about dealing with people. Give them an option or a option. She then turn her back towards me and try to ignore me instead of being an adult. She also got fired from Jack in the box next door for being rude and unable to talk to customers. God bless her..Good luck Chevron if she does this to your customer ."

"Went in to buy a pack of cigarettes and we were harassed because I didn’t want my ID scanned. Kristyna (who was working the register) proceeded to tell me that the manager refuses to allow her to manually enter in the DOB. Not because she gets written up, but because she gets a stern talking to. When I asked if my wife could use her ID she said no because the cigarettes weren’t for her, even though she held my ID in her hand and could see I was of age. She then told me I was harassing her even though she had the capability to type in my DOB. I recorded the conversation and will be sending the information to corporate and the store manager. I don’t appreciate that Chevron’s website states the scanning of IDs is a voluntary process for the customers but I was never asked and then I was forced to comply. As an electronic engineer I know how long the information is in the system for and what information is gathered. It may be a simplified system to cut out time at the register, but it’s not safe. My ssn and birth certificate are tied up to my ID due to the real ID mandate and that information is accessible through scanning. Any system can be hacked if someone knows what they’re doing."
