"He will put you off and then charge you full price again if you go over 30 days of repairs. He is helpful in allowing you to see the faults tho. He wasn't not available twice and we had to go back. I was there a total of 4 times before I passed inspection with him. Not the best. Avoid if possible."

"If I could give them, zero stars I would. Went in to get a smog check. I asked him if he certifies and gives certificates. He said yes, even though I noticed on his advertisement on his business building that it said smog check only that’s why I verified. He hooked up the battery and said that the battery hadn’t been charged enough and you need to run it more, come back in a couple of hours. So we did, we went back after driving around for one hour. He hooked the battery up again and said oh it’s not enough you’re just gonna have to drive it a lot more and come back at 4:30. Mind you this was at 1 o’clock. So at 3 o’clock we called to see if he was available to check the truck again and he said no he’s too busy he cannot I said well OK you did say come back at four or 430 so I can do that then he said no well I don’t think I have time for you, I said wait a minute we gave you a partial payment. You need to check the vehicle again and certify it. We’ve been running the car well over two hours, and he refused to help us. Be aware of this business!! They will rip you off. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I wish I would’ve checked the reviews before I went to his business . I’m also going to check to see if they have a legal business license to run this business. BE AWARE.!!!!!!!"

"I took in my car to do a smog check for the first time here my vehicle always passed when I noticed owner's friend Park the vehicle halfway in next to mine that was doing the smog check he hook the wires to the Friends vehicle while he was doing my smog check pay them and left I believe he was doing an illegal smog check beware they use your vehicle to pass other vehicles"

"If I could give this location a 0 I would! Very unprofessional and rude! My father went in for a smog, it did not pass, went in a couple days later and once again it did not pass, one of the employees did not give him back his reciept. He went in again and they would not conduct the test again without a reciept and charged him again. I asked if they kept no paper trail or history of their daily smogs to check for a copy of the reciept, and he said no in a mocking tone. After speaking with the employee for a couple more minutes he said that my father had told him he came in yesterday and he had checked his reciepts and seen no such thing. Here is where I got angry, since he had just told me they keep no copies or paper trail of their reciepts. So then I asked him there are yesterday's reciepts correct ? He said yes, then I asked him where are the prior weeks ? He claimed he did not have them, his accountant had them, and he would not go ask to see them for proof of my fathers reciept. First of all, the tone in which this employee spoke to me was unacceptable, he was very rude and stubborn. Second, lying about the history of the reciepts they hold is unprofessional and just bad customer service. And third, speaking to me like I am stupid because I am a woman who does not know about this kind of stuff or how is works is just down discrimination, not to forget to add where he was rude to my father for not knowing English! Please do not come here, save yourself the headache!!"
