"The free item per day may be a ruse to get people in the store to buy other things. If they actually wanted to win customers over, the marketing scheme backfired. I will buy my drinks and snacks (and therefore gas) elsewhere, on principle. Day 8, this location ran out by 11am. A few days ago, another location gave out substitutions when they ran out. I got a hot drink as a courtesy to show my appreciation, but without my "gift" I really should have left it on the counter and walked out."

"Can’t buy a beverage with my passport!!!!!! They need a “formal” id. Tf?"

"Dirty floors. Garbage all over parking lot. Employees always make you feel like you are a burden. Do yourself a favor and go to Casey’s across the street."

"Saturday Morning with every pump taken. 20+ person line inside. We bought 2 coffees and 3 donuts which took 25 minutes to complete. One lady working the register and two other women employees standing by the chips talking about how long the line is. Every paying customer in line was talking about how terrible this gas station is ran. Not all of them. Just this particular one. New management and staff is highly recommended. I run a multiple location business here in Knoxville and would be ashamed of my stores if I saw this. I'm available for consultation if wanted. For the record this is my 5th terrible experience here. My family and I are done."
