"What I like about the Big 5 Sports brand is their consistent bandwidth. The merchandise is good, serviceable stuff, that hits the mark without going overboard. This Big 5, like most, is smaller than most retail stores these days. If you know what you want, you can get in and get out without getting lost or having to ask for help from 48 people who you can't find. At the Big 5, the registers are in front and seem to be attended by people who know something and seem to be able to answer questions about where to find something in the store while simultaneously checking out a customer. This Big 5 provided that same sane experience. Not only that but they sell quench gum by the piece at the register."
