"Miserable. Your vehicle may be vandalized and when this occurs they lie and say they didn’t see anything, even if the camera is facing directly AT your vehicle with lights on. The wife runs the show. Very loud, abrupt and demeaning. She is IN CHARGE of her husband. Very odd and pathetic actually. They utilize the lobby living room for guests with the couches and television like any hotel lobby as their own personal space. This includes but not limited to changing children on the couch that should no longer be in diapers and storing a flea market worth of junk in all corners of the lobby that are their personal possessions. The room. My white sock bottoms became immediately black in the room. Not dirty or brown, but black and slightly pasty. Just touching the floor with one step barefoot getting out of the shower did the same. This black filth is literally rot or it wouldn’t be black. These room floors have never been moped with liquid and cleaner. To actually get them clean at this point it would require multiple full moping and changing the water in each room. One moping per room would likely just move around the black pasty filth and film. The beds are hard like it’s layers of cardboard and the pillows smelled raunchy like they use no soap if they wash them. I didn’t see if they offer anything for breakfast but I wouldn’t trust any of their hands on food or preparing food obviously. Total filth. I have never in my life been in the company of an Indian family that was so disrespectful and filthy, it’s actually very strange because their culture is polite and organized. Two things these people are not, but I guess there’s a first for everything. I happen to be a choice platinum member and I’m comparing this stay to 100+ choice stays and hundreds of others in other chains over the last twenty years. There was a time years ago where I inadvertently stayed in a place that just realized they had a dead body in a room and recovering heroine addicts were staying there. Obviously I was unaware of these things checking in. Anyway this property was far more polite and clean than this mess. Worst of the worst and it’s the family running it, or not really, that is exclusively the issue. Many fake good reviews here and I can assure you all the bad ones are 110% accurate. I made a big mistake not checking reviews first and I’m ashamed at this Indian family for treating people so badly, especially the wife running the show. If she was kind, she’d be happier. Good luck Choice should be ashamed."
"Room maids took an entire cooler full of food and beverages from our room, front desk denied it... we will never be back! It was all recorded with the local police, unfortunately the hotel did not cooperate. We had left a full cooler in the room, it was behind the door when we left... returned to find it missing. This is a very poorly run hotel, they just denied everything. Stay clear! Just read the response and it will let you know what type of people they are."
"The towels they provided for a $100+ room were very small so I stopped rhe maid cart and simply asked for 2 extra towels because me and my fiancee both have long hair and needed them for that. Shortly after I received a call from the front desk an hour or more before checkout. They asked me if I was checking out and I asked, "what time is checkout "? They told me it was in about an hour then proceeded to ask how many people were in my room. Of course I told them only me and my fiancee and then told me that I had to fork over my ' dirty towels ' because if you ask for more towels it equals more people. Never in my life have been treated so bad over ' extra towels ' at a hotel..."
"When I first booked this motel, I was pleased with the comparatively reasonable rates. However, it wasn’t long after my arrival that I found out why it was less expensive than several in the same area. The room itself wasn’t too bad upon first glance, but then I noticed a small puddle standing in the floor, most likely from the room refrigerator. It got worse when I went to wash my hands and a roach was walking across the sink. I smashed it with the hair dryer. Worst of all, in the middle of the night, the front desk calls accusing me of having a pet in the room. I absolutely did not. The guy proceeds to argue with me that he saw me take a pet into the room from my black car. I have a white van, so I don’t know what he saw. After being awakened in the middle of the night, I couldn’t get back to sleep and I had to get up at 5am. I feel like I should have a refund for the night. I definitely do NOT recommend."
