"The bed here is so comfortable!!!!! So I have to come to Knoxville pretty often for my job an I have stayed at a lot of hotels in this area. Let me start out with how quiet it is here there no interstate nosie. when you work a late night like I do you come to appreciate how quite I can be until it time for you to wake up. As far as room cleanliness it is clean no issues there. I will agree that it could be updated but no bad smells or anything. So let's go into location with a gas station and a waffle house and a Mexican restaurant with in walking distance a++++!! And the staff just amazing, friendly, and helpful. Best sleep..the only thing I can say even not positive is the elevator need some attention."

"Needed somewhere to sleep for the night after traveling with kids. There’s 3-4 hotels on the same road and this was my last choice. All the others had no occupancy so I was grateful we could check in at 4am. That is until we walked into our room and was hit with the overwhelming smell of dog urine. So gross. We all went right to bed I didn’t see how bad of shape the room was in until the morning. Carpet and walls look bad. Worst was the trash and literal chicken bone and other trash on the floor next to the couch from the previous guest. Pool too cold for kids to get in. Would not recommend and would not stay again."

"I read all the bad reviews before we went and was worried. There was no need for it! Our room was nice and clean. The bed was SUPER comfy and the staff was very nice and helpful. GREAT place if you have fur babies which is a ++ for us!"

"Pretty much met my expectations of a Best Western in a not great neighborhood. Staff were friendly and helpful, had no issues with cleanliness, fridge & microwave & hot tub all worked. There was a LOT of noise, some from outside and some from inside. If you are traveling through and being next to a grocery store, gas station, and fast food is a plus, here's the place. If you're a tourist visiting Knoxville, not for you."

"Why 4.1 on Google? NOT a nice place, one of the worst BW. We had to push the door open because the malfunctioning iron board had fallen behind the door. Couldn't close it so had to bring it to front desk. Carpet nasty and damaged, hole in the bed sheets. window was disgusting. Door damaged. Bad breakfast The room island could have fallen if we had leaned on it. Sofa was nasty looking. Hallways walls are dirty. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY"
