"Very hot water. Pillows are a bit flat. The location and amenities are great. Video is for transparency of the bathroom. Tiles could be steamed, pained, or resealed in the grout so the white grout doesn't fade to black where high traffic is."

"Me, my husband, our baby, and my in laws were staying here. The only thing it has going for them is the location and how close to the airport it is. The bathtub had standing water but that’s not even what bothered me. What bothered me is that when we went to go to bed I was trying to lock the door and it wouldn’t lock. My husband tried and could push the door open. When he started to look at it there was tape over our door not letting it close or lock. So we called my in laws and theirs didn’t have it. We thought maybe it was for cleaners but when my husband took it to the front desk they asked “what do you want me to do about it” my husband said I was just letting you know and she replied “well can your door lock” and he said yes now it can but it couldn’t before she continued to say” well then idk why you came down here. If you want to dispute call my boss Monday. I don’t think anyone would intentionally do it.” So if it was the maids that’s what they would’ve said. I did not feel safe at all and will not be back. Terrible customer service."

"This is a good hotel. Austin B., the guy who worked the front desk, was super nice and super accommodating. The lobby looks modern and extremely clean. The room decor may have been slightly dated, but no big deal. The bed was super comfortable. Most of the clientele seemed to be business travelers who were wanting to be close to the airport. I'll stay here again!"

"My family and I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Nashville, TN. When we first arrived everything was nice until we all got ready for bed. My family and I noticed that there was brown and yellow almost black mold inside the comforters of the bed. If you hold the comforters up to light you will see all of it on the comforters. when we reported the issue to the hotel manager that was on duty. She stated that it wasn't mold and that previous guest had complained about the comforters in the rooms. She stated that they are washed on a daily basis. I asked the manager what are they washing it with. Because obviously it isn't being cleaned and it is very inhumane and disgusting that they are okay with their current guest along with future guest having to lay on those comforters. I even stated to her that if she went to a hotel I know for a fact that she would not tolerate that going on. When I asked for the corporate number she gave me the incorrect number so that I could speak with the manager and speak with someone about the issue at hand. I honestly didn't like the professionalism or the consideration of the guest that were paying their hard money to stay there and the employees were not trying to do anything to change the issues at hand. I will not stay at this establishment again when I visit Nashville. The breakfast of the hotel was extremely good, the lady that was over the food and who cooked the food did a fantastic job everything was fresh and hot. I truly appreciate her professionalism and consideration. Great Job.."
