"THEY NO LONGER OFFER WALK-INS (accurate as of January 2024) Do not waste your time going there and hoping to become a walk in. There is extremely limited staff. They run a tight schedule. They were kind but firm on the no walk in policy. You must make an appointment online. Also 99% there's no appointments available online because they're so far backed up. Good luck with that!"

"I arrived at 12:48 not really sure I'd be able to snag one of the six available slots for walk-ins. By 12:57 I had finished the process and was back in my car. The staff was professional, courteous and capable. Honestly y'all. I was prepared to drive to Atlanta to get this out of the way so this saved me time, gas money and the thrill of ATL traffic."

"Superb - excellent staff, efficient and very friendly. I was a "walk in" and was lucky enough to be seen. Unfortunately, they only have time to do 6 walk ins a day. Hopefully the program and staffing will be extended in the future."

"McDaniels was very friendly and helpful! She not only got my toddler's interview done quickly but also provided us some help relating to our process as well. I appreciate her taking the time to answer our questions. We had the first appointment and, like some other people mentioned, they get there exactly at the time so there is a slight delay. But we were still done on time so no biggie. If this rating were just on her service quality it would be a 5 star. But, if not for a friendly postlady, I don't know how we would have been sure it was the correct building. The numbers on the building did not match the address we were given. Once inside the signage is great."

"I honestly can’t say enough PRAISES of thanks for the officers at the global entry location in Nashville! They are very professional, kind, and fast! I appreciated how thorough they were helping my son and I complete the global entry process (it does take time before you get here!). Dealing with the government is typically anything but a smooth running process, but in this case it’s the opposite. I highly recommend this location!"
