Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Nashville Airport TN

"I arrived approximately 15 minutes before the shuttle service ended at 11pm. I called the hotel multiple times to get the shuttle. I could hear the lady who answered very clearly right up until we were cut off. It was like this the other three times I called. I gave the 3 stars instead of 1 because I can't confirm she hung up on me, but it seemed very suspicious. Other than that and the less than hospitable reception once I did arrive, the hotel itself was fine."

"Clean rooms, extremely comfortable mattress. Next to a convenience store for late night cravings, but a small selection of snacks in the onsite store if you're not in the mood to venture outside. Breakfast provided, but my work schedule didn't let me check it out."

"Terrible entrance from left turn into Hotel. Room was real nice. Temperature control was great and relatively quiet. Also had a walk in shower. Nice breakfast with a good variety. I had eggs, sausage links, and biscuits with gravy."

"I recently stayed at this place and it was mediocre at best. The room was okay but, there were lots of dirty fingerprint everywhere as it seems that it wasn't cleaned properly. The main issue was the air freshener in this place. When we walked in, it smelled of Christmas. I mean that it was a very nice pine smell....at the beginning. Our floor was on the 6th level and it was way overpowering. It was so bad that you could actually see a cloud of mist on the ceiling. I ask about possibly having those fresheners turn down or even turned off, nope. The scent was going into our room because the door wasn't even flush. (see picture). The coffee was actually decent."

"I would not stay here again. For not being downtown, this hotel is pricey. It is right on a main road, the parking is tight for larger vehicles, and the rooms were less than subpar. Location: It's literally right across from the airport. 15 mins from downtown. Right next to a gas station you can walk to. Pros: - close to airport - 15 minutes from downtown - more affordable than other options - plenty of hot water - Was decently clean in the room Cons: - The service was not very friendly - The parking is slim and tight. It's hard to maneuver with a large truck - The room smelt SO bad when we arrived. It was extremely humid and smelt like stinky feet and mold. It hasn't rained for weeks/months in TN, so it wasn't the weather. The ac helped a bit, but the smell was still there. - The bathroom door was just a sliding door with HUGE gaps in it (see photo). I could clearly see whoever was in the bathroom from the outside. It did not lock. I was sharing the room with a friend, so that was awkward as there was no privacy and no bathroom fan. - There were stains and dirt in the bathroom that was not cleaned. Someone spilled something red in the tub that the staff did not clean. - Some of the channels on the TV were super blurry. The TV is well used. - No views from any of the rooms."
