"Phyllis at the front desk was phenomenal. Checked in without any problems or a long wait. The lobby and room was clean and well stocked with towels. Didn't have any problems when asking for additional towels either. Breakfast was continental but very delicious. The lady setting up was awesome as well every morning. The area was kept clean and stocked. I would stay here again."

"When it comes to this review, I do not know where to start. My job is relocating me to the area and I've had the pleasure of staying at the best hotel in the process. The staff was AMAZING. I'm not a big hotel person and after staying in it for so long I get super homesick. So at night Maria would make great conversation and not seem as if I'm bothering her. During the day if I had ANY questions or issues Tina Taylor would absolutely be the one that would get it taken care of with no problems or issues. The individual at the property that impressed me the most was a man named Fabian. When I say he went above and beyond expectations and in sure nothing he did was outside the scope of his job description, but as a guest he made me feel important and as if my needs were valued. That experience I will never forget! I went down a few days in a row to thank him in person but was never able to see him on that shift again! Please tell him tank you for everything! And I hope one day I have the opportunity to thank him in person!"

"The location is in a very commercial area. Home Depot and three other hotels are nearby. To get to a grocery store, you have to across the highway. Things are within 5-10 minutes of the location. The front of the building actually looks like the side entry of the Hilton. You have to look for the address and then enter there. Front staff was polite. They were busy registering a half dozens guests. The lobby is very clean. The room is clean. The floor is sticky like it was mopped with a mop that had soda or juice in it and spread from there. The facility looks very new. The magnet to keep the closet closed was unscrewed and almost fell out. I tried to put it back in the frame but the metal holes are stripped so that isn't going to keep it in place. There is a thermostat on the wall which is a nice step above having to use the controls on the machine under the window. Speaking of the window...I was on the third floor, and it sounds like the window is open or at least cracked open. There is a lot of traffic noise from the highway you are next to. The window is actually closed...the windows just don't provide insulation or sound dampening. There is a huge gap between the static window and the dynamic window as seen in the picture. Overall, their is above average. I have three nights and will update you with any changes or additions that come up. The first night was uneventful. The bed was very comfortable. The floor was quiet. Breakfast has Chobani Greek yogurt, and many extra toppings for waffles. There are ham and cheese breakfast sandwiches, an assortment of bagels, cold cereal, and oatmeal. There are two strengths of coffee and hot water available for drinks in addition to apple, cranberry and orange juices. Apples were the only fruit available. Sturdy plastic utensils were available (post Covid precaution). Staff was present and very approachable and helped with any questions or requests. The shower water takes a little bit to get hot water to the third floor. However, with there not being a door or curtain, I stayed cold throughout the shower and turned off the exhaust fan because it made it colder. The water pours out of the shower and the floor mat gets soaked being prepared to be stepped on when you get out. The toilet tissue holders are odd at best...broken is more likely. They rotate 360 degrees and you'll end up with toilet paper on the ground at some point."

"Our room had obviously had a party in it before us—there was scotch tape all over the walls and ceiling. There was also food splatters all over the wall behind the sink. We stayed in one of the rooms that had a a door to a small area with two doors to two hotel rooms in it, the other room off that tiny room left garbage out there twice. It sat out for two days and made that small area smell horrible; this in turn made our room smell bad. The staff was really nice! Good breakfast!"

"Safe location, lots of shopping and resturants around. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Rooms are clean and modern. However, check in staff in the evening were very rude. The breakfast attendant Latonya, the housekeeping guy, and day staff were fantastic!!"
