"Ken was rude. He overcharged me. I provided him with a $20 coupon and he charged me 107.00. My emissions test passed but he fail the visual inspection. I DONOT recommend the 23rd st location. I usually take my cars to Smog express(same company) on San Pablo and I never had this problem. Totally Dissatisfied customer."

"DO NOT GO HERE... Worst one to go to they just want your money. I got my car smog and didn’t pass the first time. (No big deal) I fixed the part the next day and came back after a week and they wouldn’t do the free retest basically lying saying i have to drive my car more miles which after I thought about it doesn’t make sense and after trying to get my car retested for three weeks they wanted me to pay again. A friend ended up telling me that they did the same thing to him. I went straight down the block and they tested my car no problem and they were cheaper than what they charge. Im going to report them to the dmv. I went to the next smog shop right after i left your place not even 3 mins and they pass me and said it was B.S what yall doing"
