"I stayed at the Hyatt Place Knoxville last week. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the rooftop bar was super cool. Also the hotel is a short walk to lots of good dining options. Next time I am in Knoxville, I look forward to staying at this property."

"Great location, excellent customer service (very nice desk staff!), room had comfortable bed & here's the key - was quiet with an HVAC system that worked really well! Free breakfast buffet as expected, not bad, not great. Elevator system is lousy though, it forces you to tap your room key and select your floor, but the system failed several times, very frustrating. Other patrons were complaining about it as well. May sound like a small issue, but it's a small issue that becomes a big deal at times. Fix it!!"

"To start, an accident happened regarding the first room we were given, and the front staff fixed it quickly with no hesitation. The staff, valets, front desk, and the Five Thirty lounge were all great. Not just helpful, but often going beyond to make our stay a great experience. The gym was clean with good equipment. The Five Thirty rooftop lounge was beautiful and relaxing spot. The room was spacious and comfortable. On top of that, it had the most comfortable bed I've slept on in years of travel. That's a huge point. The downtown location is great for a casual walking vacation. It all adds up to a top tier hotel stay."

"Very nice, valet parking is a must and worth the price because there are many shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing with many choices! The room and the entire building is very clean and beautiful. The elevator is secure as your room key activates the elevator for your floor!"
