"Used them through AAA so the actual arrival time was longer than the app stated. But once Toni showed up, he went straight to work. He tested whether it was actually a bad battery or the alternator. Replaced the battery and terminals (due to car being 20+years old) and explained everything as we progressed. He was much more friendly and helpful than the previous service guy a few days prior."
