"Super rude customer service rep, kept correcting me on what was a “wheel” and “rim”.Had an appointment to switch over one tire to a different wheel. Service is shown online for tire mount/dismount rep was super rude and refused to honor my appointment. I get that is Sunday morning, but if service can’t be done on Sunday morning please don’t allow appointments on Sunday."

"I am not the review type but Slate, Michael, and Pete are the absolute best! I needed assistance replacing my headlight running lights and it required additional work such removing the bolts and housing. They were able to overcoming a few challenges that occurred as a result of previously having used aftermarket headlights. I appreciate y'all so much for your honesty and for inspecting my old Jeep TJ to inform me what items needed attention in addition to addressing thr lighting installation. I hope y'all get a raise! Best Pep Boys customer service I've ever experienced."
