GENIE CAR WASH AND LUBE

"I've been a long-time customer of Genie Car Wash for years now.. never any issues. Im even signed up for the monthly pass. Car always came out perfectly washed and clean. But as of my last two recent car washes, I've noticed that their drive-thru car wash is causing damage to my vehicle. The first washed caused the 2 damages to my front hood. Just to verify, I went through the wash again a week later and noticed damage (an inch long scratch) on my windshield in line with the same damage on the hood of my vehicle. That's 3 separate scratches caused by both the carwarsh on 2 separate occasions. I will be taking this issue up with their customer service, and if that doesn't resolve the problem, then further actions will follow."

"Great customer service! I was in my friend’s car when I was sharing my car problems with Mark. He told me to bring my car back and let their mechanic look at it. He was professional, confident, and seemed very knowledgeable. Of course, I brought my car in. I was due for an oil change Anyways but I was really tired of hearing my car make this screeching sound. They changed my oil quickly and efficiently and advised me to check my oil more often as I initially was completely out of oil. Their mechanic looked at my car and said my car was not safe to drive. He showed me where a bolt was stripped from being placed incorrectly and was therefore loosely connecting the alternator. I learned more about my car in the 5 minutes there than I have ever learned taking my car to the dealership. The price seemed reasonable. They fixed my car quickly also needing to replace my serpentine belt. I got my car back running in excellent condition. This place goes above and beyond for you. They even helped me fix something on my key fob. An extra bonus is a free car wash! I will definitely return for all of my automotive needs. Highly recommend!"

"Yes if I had ten cars to bring theses guys , I would!! The staff are helpful, professional, and most of all do a good job!! The owner Mark is a wonderful man! He went out of his way to make everything was right and better than when I had first came in..! Going to keep coming to this business as long as I live within within 100 mile distance."

"It saddens me to have to change my previous 5 star review. I've been coming here for 6 years and today will be my last day coming here. Unfortunately, I had my oil changed 2 months ago, full synthetic just to have my check engine oil level light come on. I come back to check and I'm told I need a whole new oil change when I'm not even due for one until October (it's July 7th). This tells me that they either cheated me out of oil during my oil change or just wanted me to spend another 95 bucks for an unnecessary change. Either way I'm very disappointed and they lost a loyal customer! Come here at your own risk."
