"I will only ever take my family’s cars to Shift Autowerx in Escondido. I took my elderly mother with her Honda Accord to receive maintenance and a water pump replacement due to a coolant leak. They treated her with the utmost patience and respect and got everything right the first time at a VERY reasonable price. My mother is hard of hearing and they treated her with great care answering all of her questions and made sure she understood what was involved. If your family needs ANY auto repairs, this is the place to take it as they do it all. By the way, wow, love all the Jeeps!"

"Labor rates seem very high. Had my truck for 12hrs but almost $3k in labor. With only a single tech working on it $240 per hr seems really high. No complaints about the work so far and they do have a 2yr warranty. Their part supplier Worldpac charges them too much for parts as you can find the same parts at retail for less so keep an eye on that. In my case they wanted $152 for OEM Bosch injectors but they are $97 at Napa. Shift did a good job and just got the parts from Napa after I brought that up to them so that saved me $300 in parts."
