"Escondido Auto Tech is the best!! They do a comprehensive job when analyzing problems and provide a detailed explanation of the options and possible solutions. They helped identify and remove a large rat's nest hidden deep in the engine area of my car when we started noticing a bad smell - great job! They also always proactively check for other potential issues with the car while it is being serviced to identify potential upcoming issues. They previously helped solve an issue with a faulty door lock sensor. The local Honda dealership gave me the runaround and were rude to me when I tried to get it corrected - it was the third such failure with the car! I've seen other published complaints about the same issue, but they wanted me to charge me a very large fee to analyze and fix it. I brought it to Escondido Auto Tech and they corrected the issue by simply adding a magnet to the door area...free of charge!! These guys are the best!"
