The problem was that I didn't have the receipt. They were able to look up the purchase and refund my core They made me feel like they cared and gave me great customer service. "Durlast Red batteries are bad quality. Today I was disappointed. I always buy from AZ and I got a brand new 850 durlast battery put in my used car I bought. Come to find out the 850 red durlast is not a good battery. Asked them to replace under warranty but they did not. Apparently they dont stand behind there product quality. They give the warranty on the person who buys it not the product. Do not buy the Durlast brand red label battery as it is bad quality."
