"I gave one star because there is not an option for negative numbers. Zip car has just robbed me of a monthly fee. Haven't used service for a year. Called and they said they can't get my money back by Wed.( It is Saturday). Rip off company. Don't ask for a supervisor, they put you on hold and then hang up."

"Customer support is some of the best I've ever received in any industry. They always take care of me and then some. The location of these particular zipcars is great! Take the free shuttle from the airport to the car rental place and then follow the signs to the 3rd floor. Fast and easy! As a frequent zipper on a college student discount, I 10/10 recommend. It's the best under 21 car rental option in the nation --always there for me even when it seems nobody else is. I LOVE Zipcar."

"If you value your wallet and your financial stability I highly advise against using this service. This company seems quite dishonest about exactly how the customer will be billed. In my opinion there were many hidden and undisclosed fees that were not disclosed when you first sign up. I've had multiple bad experiences with the company claiming that the price would be on thing and then making it significantly higher. I would avoid this service at all costs there are better alternatives."
