"the boss Alexander or also known as (Alex) seems really nice at first. As time went on and I came back to fallow up with a smog check on my car he began to become very impatient with me and seemed irritated that I was asking him questions about my car. My last time there he did a last and final smog check and I was telling him how one of our other machines was saying diffrent then what he was trying to tell us about our car , he began to tell me to tell my husband to find somone else because he was done. When he said this to me it was very rude and unprofessional. There is a lack of communication here and Unprofessionalism . I do not recommend this place"
"The owner here seemed very kind at first, but then became very rude. My smog failed and i had to come back to ask questions. I came back to ask a simple question and they kept telling me he was busy and to come back another time. I also witnessed other customers complaining that their vehicle was not ready on time. Yesterday my wife went to do a smog again and after the owner was rude to her and told her to tell her husband not to come back. We didn't do anything wrong, we were just asking questions because we needed help diagnosing why pur car did not pass smog."
