"I would rate "0" stars if I could. This place is a rip off. I have being a returning customer for over 20 years and have noticed their customer service has gone downhill. I brought car for routine service and brake check. Car was under warranty for the brakes but then they charged me over $1,600 for routine service! My service guy, Rob, NEVER disclose upfront how much this was and I never asked for 50,000 service. I simply said the car needs servicing and he should of told me the options and the cost. I am beyond angry. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!"

"This place is a rip off. They broke my windshield wipers and charged me $300 to repair them. They said my control arms are broken with less than 40k miles and want $2000 to fix. An alignment that should cost $150 is $650. Their service people make commission. It is highway robbery. Do not support this business. Try Westlake Euro"

"Horrible customer service. No follow up. Waited for mgr callback to return 380.00 diagnostic fee. Never called back. Total scam. Receipts and repairs didn't match. Receipt actually made no sense. Numbers everywhere and nothing totalled. Bottom line if I left there over 13000 for repair. Took to another BMW repair shop had all BMW certified parts and repair was under 3000. Never again"

"This review is a decade overdue. The bottom line is that today’s BMW doesn’t require much in the way of service but when it does you don’t want to use that dude at the corner. Look for Rob Meyer in service. He’s helped me through a half dozen cars and twice as many bumpers, brakes, and oil changes. He’s always been up front with me about what needs to happen, what can wait, and what the consequences are of each. I’ve never been overcharged or talked down to. I cannot say that about many places - and certainly not that many dealerships. I highly recommend service here and if you end up with Rob you’ll be happy."
