"I had a terrible rattle in my car so I took my car in to get it fixed. They kept my car for two days and didn't fix it. The next day we took the car back because it was still rattling. They clearly did not fix my car and the excuses they gave my husband were ridiculous. I have driven Mercedes for 43 years so the cars are not new to me. I have never had a Mercedes that sounds like a tin car when you drive it. I now have to go back again tomorrow and meet with someone else to test drive the car. In addition the turn over in your staff is terrible. I couldn't be more unhappy or disappointed with your service department."
