"Horrible service. My 2018 Tesla had some damage to the left front corner. While replacing the bumper, they claimed they needed to remove the right fender and they broke the right camera in the process. They tried to order a replacement, but the one that came was black instead of chrome. When I picked it up, I pointed out that they didn't match. They said that the chrome cameras were discontinued, but perhaps they could find the right part. Later they called to tell me that they had received the part, and I needed to drive to Simi Valley again, but when I got there, they just stuck on a thin plain unbranded piece of chrome with 3M tape, which wasn't even a close match. I asked why they wouldn't make it so both sides matched, and they said they won't replace something they didn't break, even though they admit they broke the other side, leaving them mismatched. If they broke one side, the very least they could do is repair it so both sides match. They claimed they were familiar with working on Teslas, but I should have known early on that this was not true. Over the first week, I kept getting notifications that my doors were left unlocked. I would see that it was outside in the parking lot, so I'd lock the doors remotely. I went there to get some things out of the car and explained that it was being left unlocked, they explained "No, the Teslas automatically lock when you walk away with the key card." I tried to tell them that's not true and only applies to Bluetooth Phones with the Tesla app, but still continued to receive "doors were left unlocked" messages for the remainder of the time it was there. From the initial contact with the woman in the front to the final pickup, the experience was horrible. Very disappointing and would not recommend these people to any Tesla owners."
"My experience with The Body Shop was extremely disappointing. Despite being referred by my insurance, they used aftermarket parts without my consent when OEM options were available. The communication was a nightmare – they initially claimed my vehicle was ready, but upon arriving, they couldn't locate the work order, keys, or even my car. Later, they informed me of an additional day delay due to a supposedly overlooked grille replacement. Upon receiving my car, it became evident they hadn't replaced the front grille with an OEM part, as indicated on the bill. Further inspection revealed a non-functional fog light. When I contacted them, their response was lackluster, suggesting I bring the car back to check if the light just needed plugging in. Unwilling to endure more inconvenience, I inspected it myself. This experience has left me with a profound lack of trust. The Body Shop's use of aftermarket parts without transparency, organizational issues, and questionable follow-up make it clear I won't entrust them with my vehicle again, even if recommended by my insurance. My advice: steer clear. In response to your reply: I wasn't provided with any explanation. Had I been informed, I would have gladly covered the price difference, especially considering that my vehicle now only has one aftermarket part installed - the one you provided. Your delayed response of over 4 months to my review reflects the level of care you extend to your clients."
"It's not often you come across a body shop that provides excellent service from start to finish. The Body Shop had good and honest communication with me and didn't try to pull any tricks. Rick let me know everything that was happening and explained it in full detail throughout the process. The staff as a whole were very pleasant and welcoming. Excellent work and quality service."

"Absolutely disappointed they repaired my pilot in white pearl and when I got called to pick up I noticed, the color was off and I had to return my car to have it repainted which took weeks and to my surprise they still didn’t match it to the color of the body of my car. Then,I let the staff Armando , Michelle and owner Dino know and they refused to paint it the staff didn’t care about my opinion ,so don’t waste your time , money ,and energy coming back and forth. They are so unprofessional please choose elsewhere . They clearly don’t care about their clients opinions . Overall worst experience. Not recommending you !"
